WHAT WE DO

What Do Our Sensors Do?

Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) and Semi-Volatile Organic Compounds (SVOCs) sensors are designed to detect the presence of these specific compounds in the environment.

Accurate,Immediate Detection :

A disruptive technoligy that changes how we sense / detect compounds at a molecular level in ‘real - time’

Semi Volatile and Volatile Organic Compound detection

Selectively detecting SVOC’s VOC’s & Viruses in : aircraft, breath samples, internal and external environments.

Platfrom technology for adaptation across multiple markets for personal, clinical and industrial use.

Portable, easy to use device :

Our Sensors integrate seamlessly into various settings, from hospitals to aircraft to environmental monitoring stations, providing on the sport analysis without the need for bulky equipment or lab facilities they have the unique ability to detect multiple poisonous compounds individually

The Sensor software analyses the sensor signals and determines the compound

If appropriate , an alarm is triggered with the compound identified displayed

The Compound enters the coating “sponge” and an optical interference pattern is created

Compound Specific Coatings

GC - MS

What Makes us Different from Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) devices?

Nano optical sensors and mass spectrometry units are both instrumental in detecting and analyzing substances, but they operate on different principles and serve distinct purposes.

How Do We detect Compounds at a MolecularLevel today?

  • Gas Chromatography - mass spectrometry or (GC - MS).
  • Used for identification and quantification of chemical compounds in applications including environmental analysis, food safety, forensic science, and drug testing.
  • Important drawbacks and limitations : cost (€50k-€250k), bulky size (start at 30 kg), significant training requirements, etc.
  • The current development approach is improvement, not radical innovation.

Meet Radical Innovation

A handheld sensor for instant, precise compound detection that :

  • is 7 x times more sensitive than Gas Chromatography - Mass Spectrometry or (GC - MS).
  • Can be used to identify any VOC, SVOC or Virus. If we are provided with the molecular structure and size of the relevant compound we can develop a coating that will detect it in REAL-TIME at low-low cost.
  • Low Cost, Low Weight only 250gm, Small handheld size i.e. 33 x 22 x 4cm, minimal training requirements, etc.
  • NanoSense development approach is; continual coating improvement & physical sensor size reduction.
